PetClaimHelp helps you organize and understand pet insurance claims. This page explains the information the service handles and how it is used.

Information we handle

We handle your account email, pet information, claim information, uploaded documents such as vet bills, policies and insurer letters, and AI-generated estimates, reviews and appeal drafts. Basic service and error information may also be used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use this information to provide claim estimates, compare an EOB or denial letter with an uploaded policy, prepare appeal drafts, and keep the service secure and working. We do not use your uploaded files for advertising.

Documents and AI processing

Uploaded files are kept in private storage and are accessed through your account. When you request an AI analysis or draft, relevant document content is sent to third-party AI model services for processing. Review what you upload and avoid including information that is not needed for your claim.

Results and deletion

AI results can be incomplete or incorrect, and no estimate guarantees coverage or payment. You can remove individual documents, claims and pets, or all stored claim data, in your workspace. You can also permanently delete your account and associated data from your Dashboard.
