Review your results

AI output may be incomplete or mistaken. A reimbursement estimate does not guarantee coverage, reimbursement or an appeal outcome. Check results against your original policy, veterinary records and insurer communications. Review and edit any appeal draft yourself before you send it; PetClaimHelp does not send it for you.

Your uploads and use of the service

Upload only content you are entitled to use for your claim. Do not misuse the service, attempt automated attacks, upload malicious files or try to access another user’s information.

Availability

Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. Keep copies of your original records and use your insurer’s official process for deadlines and decisions.
